I was amazed at how Zerorez was able to remove stains and traffic pattern darkness. I have two small boys and two dogs. I was skeptical that really anything could salvage my carpets...until Zerorez! How many times can I sing your praises, but you did it again...Consistantly proficient and courteous, I can always depend on good, expert service from your company. John is a natural leader as I observed him training Skyler who also is a well chosen employee. I cannot be more pleased with your service from the first welcoming voice of your receptionist to each paper-shoed cleaner who comes thru my front door. I must add that I have a feral cat who is scared of everyone, but John. This man is also a "cat whisperer" who cannot hide his genuine tenderness. Thank you for doing business as a thoughtful family.
