Zerorez products left me with a very clean and fresh carpet. I thought I'd replace my 20 year old carpet next spring but after it was cleaned by Zerorez I think I'll keep it a couple of years longer. The technician was friendly and task minded. Done in a snap dried in six hours. I will be calling Zerorez again!

Once we had a date set for services, Zerorez sent us a confirmation email with their expectations for us and of themselves. The day of service they called ahead and arrived when they said they would. Before work was started the technician was sure that we were all in agreement with the work to be done and the cost. Although other available services were introduced, there was no up selling or pressure to add on additional services or product. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the appearance of our carpet and will not hesitate to use Zerorez in the future.

I love that there are no harsh chemicals in your products so I know my family is safe. Plus the customer service was OUTSTANDING! It was easy to book online and my technician was fabulous - kind, honest and thorough. Then if that wasn't enough...it gets better! There was one bad stain that she was worried might come back. Sure enough it did PLUS my dog had a horrible, very messy accident 5 days after they were here. When I called the second time, they were able to get the same technician out to me the same day. She retreated the tough spot (it is definitely gone!) AND took care of my dog's accident area FOR FREE. I was blown away. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you!

Unlike past experiences with one of your competitors, my Zerorez carpets feel soft and normal - like you were never here, except for the fact that all of the spots are gone. With a traditional shampoo service, my carpets feel squeaky and there is an odor that lingers for a couple of weeks.
