He was extremely polite, personable, professional, friendly with our obnoxious little dog, and explained costs and services before he began. Not only that, we had an arrival window between 12-4 and he came early, letting us know in advance when he would arrive, which we greatly appreciated. The service you provided in explaining your process to me on the phone before I made the appointment was great and I also appreciated you asking whether it would be OK for him to arrive early. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was careful to not damage the walls, covered his shoes so he didn't track in and listened when I said I didn't want extra services. He did a great job.
