No chemicals. And it takes you 2 hours..if I was cleaning them myself it would take all day plus another day

Staff that came was respectful, prompt and courteous. Carpet was very clean and technician called to let me know he was done and that I had paint in my carpet. I appreciate the detailed report. Plus he locked up my house when leaving and it was nice to go run errands and not worry that people will take advantage of you while in your home. Thx you so much. I hope you pay your employees well and treat them kindly. This person deserves it!!!

I was just thrilled that Glen was able to clean my old and wearing Berber carpet. He did a fantastic job! He opened the windows, turned on the ceiling fans, to make the rooms dry more quickly. The oatmeal color looked brighter and it smelled so fresh and clean in the house. I have used zerorez several times before, at Lars Larsons recomendation, and was always happy with the results, but Glenn was exceptional at getting that grungy color out of my carpet, and he was very efficient from the moment he arrived to the time he left. Zerorez and Glen are the "Best!"
