Nic did a great job thoroughly inspecting all the areas to be cleaned and pointing out problem spots we were not even aware of. He was friendly, professional, and demonstrated a motivated approach to the service appointment.

The worker was very pleasant and was willing to try very hard to please me.
I had a couple of spots on the carpet and he worked until they were gone. I asked him to made sure the rug was pretty dry when he left and nic did exactly what I asked.
I have never had my rugs look this nice. They look beautiful. I would ask for Nic again the next time I need them cleaned in November

The fact you do not use all that detergent is great. All the moisture is pulled from the carpet it was fast drying it looks nice and clean smells good and John who did the work was excellent

It was easy to go online and schedule. The tech called to let me know when he would be there (communication between company and customer, top notch). They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and my carpet is soft under my feet!

We were very impressed with our service. Jason ( I think that was his name) was very nice and professional. The carpet wasn't as dirty as we thought so there wasn't a huge difference in appearance. But is is so nice to have our white socks stay white! :)

Professional tech. He gave every stain a huge effort. Even got glue out. The pretreatment had slightly pleasant fragrance and the cleaning solution left no fragrance. Carpets smell like they were laundered, not carpet cleaned, and dare I say, no residue.

The technician Nic was great. I loved how he called, was one-time, and very respectful of my home and my family. He did a greatt job answering my kid's questions, and taking with my parents too.

I loved how efficient the cleaning was and how well my carpets looked and smelled. I especially appreciated the pet treatment.

I would habe loved to see the prices online for the pet treatment so I could have planned the extra costs in, that way it didn't feel like a punch in the stomach when you hear it.
