No soap

We have a sweet beagle with an unfortunate eye for carpet. Zerorez cleaning removes his not-so-nice pet smells effectively, at a reasonable price and with some of the best customer service around. I like your products for all the reasons we hear in your radio ads: no chemicals, no stickiness after ward, and the carpet looks great. No smell or chemicals is especially important to me because there are three birds who live with me, and I wont expose them to toxins.

Equally important is your customer service. Its so easy to schedule an appointment and the technicians you send are very good at what they do. From beginning to end, every contact is with some who is personable, considerate, and seems truly interested in tailoring your service to my circumstance and home.

I was completely amazed when they asked me if we had stains on the carpet that they need to address and I said the whole carpet is stained just to do the best they could because we were doing a graduation party when I seen how good they did I could not hardly believe it there's no more stains. I have used Zerorez before and remain impressed with the work ethic and cleaning process used. Just the perfect hint of fresh aroma after. Very detailed attention to our needs. Nick was our tech today, his work ethic was outstanding, he adjusted to just what we needed done, was extremely courteous and helpful in his manner. He has a very deliberate system of set up, process cleaning, carefully attending to gentle moving of furniture and replacing. He made quick and thorough work in the work. Very personable and an all round pleasant experience.

The carpet looks great in all the rooms, but I did notice two stripe like dark marks on the bedroom carpet that I had not seen before. Your Tech was very nice and polite.

Fast scheduling, I was able to call a few days prior to service, and Nicholas was very helpful.

This would be our 3rd time using your services, we had to report the last cleaning was not to the level of clean we expected based on how we had such positive results from the first, but the last from your office called (off the feedback report) and was so very pleasant and understanding she offered to make it right, she said they have a satisfaction guarantee. the next guy came out and was very nice he explained after looking at the flooring and said it looks like the last cleaning the tech used to much water or waster pressure, he removed the stain that the other said could not, this guy had it out in LESS than 2 Minutes!!!! we are VERY VERY happy it was fixed and fixed right. we will switch to Bi Yearly cleanings per his recommendation and the carpet was dry in the time frame of 4 or so hours as this time not 2 days. another WIN!
