We have used Zerorez in the past and have liked the process of NO SOAP. The tech's know what they are doing, and even explain the process of developing the energized water. Quick, efficient and thorough.

My technician was prompt, polite. We walked through the house together. He asksked me what I thought needed to be done, give me his opinion, after we agreed , he got right to his job and got it done he was in and out efficiently. The rugs look and smell great.

I like the entire process. 1 simple call, its usually scheduled to be done within a few days and once they are here they walk through and give me recommendations then they are in and out. Simple all around. I have used Zerorez 3 or 4 times over the last 3 years for carpet cleaning.

I must compliment your technician. He let me know when he was supposed to that he was on his way, he arrived timely, he was extremely respectful, and he was knowledgeable about the services he was offering. He let me know every step of the way what the additional cost was, and my final bill came out just exactly where it was supposed to.
The carpet dried exactly as he indicated it would, and there was no chemical smell or that soapy feeling on the carpet you sometimes get if it hasn't been rinsed properly.
Thus far I am very pleased with the service and the product.
