The service (and Nick) were great. He really spent the time to make my carpets look great. Other services I've used were in and out of the house in half the time--and it showed. Nick got stains out that I had been working on for awhile myself--with no success. I asked him to come back because there was some wicking that was leaving a stain. He came back in a couple days later, was cheerful and got the stain out. Really super service and outcome.

It was an excellent job...he did a great evaluation befor he started..checking the areas that needed more attention. Our carpet is white and difficult to clean but in the end it really looked white...
