The service guy was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

I must compliment your technician. He let me know when he was supposed to that he was on his way, he arrived timely, he was extremely respectful, and he was knowledgeable about the services he was offering. He let me know every step of the way what the additional cost was, and my final bill came out just exactly where it was supposed to.
The carpet dried exactly as he indicated it would, and there was no chemical smell or that soapy feeling on the carpet you sometimes get if it hasn't been rinsed properly.
Thus far I am very pleased with the service and the product.

Very professional and positive experience. Richard was very good and cared about his job. He worked hard and was efficient including a high traffic area and a large area rug. The carpets dried in the timeframe he said and It was really easy to put the rooms back to normal quickly. They look great.

When the technician does a good job, the carpets look amazing! Glenn Porter is amazingly good at cleaning carpets and deserves great praise and perhaps a raise! The products used don't have / leave a smell of any kind (no worries about allergies!) and they do a great job of leaving the carpet clean and soft to the touch.

What I don't like: The person who cleaned carpets for me after Glenn was there did a horrible job. I could not tell that anything had been done to them except for the fact that they were damp. Please do not allow him to come back to my house.
