When the technician does a good job, the carpets look amazing! Glenn Porter is amazingly good at cleaning carpets and deserves great praise and perhaps a raise! The products used don't have / leave a smell of any kind (no worries about allergies!) and they do a great job of leaving the carpet clean and soft to the touch.

What I don't like: The person who cleaned carpets for me after Glenn was there did a horrible job. I could not tell that anything had been done to them except for the fact that they were damp. Please do not allow him to come back to my house.

I really enjoyed the knowledge my technician had about carpet cleaning. I have always believed that filling the carpet fibers full of cleaner caused the carpet to look drab and become a "magnet" for dirt and that is why I called Zerorez. I am so happy with the results I told my neighbor about it and they asked for your number. :)

Detergent free cleaning and soft carpets!

My carpets looked amazing! The rooms smelled fresh and the carpets dried quickly without being crunchy or stiff. We had some stains (probably from pets) and they are gone! Pricing was very affordable. Our Zerorez rep. was professional and truly knew the products and was not trying to sell me more services so I didn't feel any pressure. Overall, I like Zerorez.....I'm definitely using them again!
