The customer service was amazing, such nice men that I felt comfortable in my home. Carpets turned out great. I did have one concern but it was my husband that noticed we have a deep scratch in our wood/laminate flooring at the end of our hallway that he had not noticed before. Technician, John, arrived within time window he had indicated. He was very personable.

I was happy with the young man that cleaned the carpet. He went through & checked for stains and showed them to me. He said that my living room was.. large but since I was not moving the large pieces & he was cleaning around them there would not be any extra cost. He was careful & polite. He arrived within the hours set. When it was time for me to pay him he said that there would be a $40 cost for the hall. I am a little confused if you changed your pricing policy since you last cleaned my carpet as there was no extra charge to do the hall at that time. When I booked the appointment I was quoted $125 no mention of a hall charge. Thank you, J. Last name removed

Nick is excellent in his professionalism and customer service which is rear and refreshing. After owning Salons for 40+years I've discovered that customer service can be taught but there are only a few that seem to have it in their DNA and that is what I believe you and your company have in Nick. He is an excellent "Face " or representative for your company and although he did not make an obvious point of it ( being an educator myself) I was impressed with his confidence and natural comfort in mentoring his coworker and trainee Dan they were both very informative, polite, and effecant with their time, And coupled with such a great product and system that literally rejuvenated my friends carpet What a winning combination!!! My friends are elderly and they have to small dogs that have over time they really made it hard to clean the carpet and I've used three different types and systems that seemed to work but never really removed the deep stains. The explanation of how and why ZEROREZ works made sense to me and after seeing the results of ZEROREZ , Zerorez will be the only company that gets dollars and cents from me. What a difference and one of the best gifts I've ever had the pleasure of giving thanks so much. The name of the person who came out to clean our carpet was Troy. We were very impressed with his professionalism and dedication to providing an excellent service. Zerorez is very fortunate to have a person of his caliber working for them. This was the first time we had Zerorez clean our carpet and had never met Troy prior to this. Jon, the tech, did a great job. He is a kind and honest man. Very professional and courteous. In today's crazy world it's nice to be treated so respectfully, especially when you are older. The carpets are so very clean. Your process is perfect. It is soft and clean. I even told a neighbor today to use your services.

The gentlemen were prompt, professional, and efficient. I had some serious carpet issues (black soot from a pellet stove) and they managed to get it out. My carpet is 20+ years old and they managed to bring it back to life.

We liked the green cleaning and stain resistant products used. Our technician was knowledgeable and very courteous.

Chris Taylor is a GREAT technician! He was very polite, very friendly, hard working and so knowledgeable about about the work that he does. He left our carpeting super dry, which
we really appreciated. He did a fantastic job on our huge leather couch, too. He worked on it
a long time, and as hard as he could.(It was so dirty from our dogs sleeping on it.) He was
extremely nice when he returned a couple days later to go over a very stubborn spot in a
highly-trafficed area on our old Burber carpeting. Chris Taylor is just a GREAT guy!!

The in-home service tech was customer service oriented and knowledgeable; did a great job. The rep on the phone was the same. The price and the services are ++.

I appreciate the communication. I was given a window of 12pm to 4pm. I was then notified he would be there around 215pm. When he could not make that I was called and notified there was a hold up. I continued to get notifications from office and technician so I was not left hanging. It would have been great if he made it before 430 as he was not done untill 6pm. Kinda tied up my day. Everyone was very nice though and my carpets looked great. Appreciate Holly throwing in a treatment for the inconvenience. I will use Zerorez again.

Suggestive selling works every time on me! He added $40 to the tab by suggesting a treatment that worked amazingly. The quality of the clean is heavenly. My house smells wonderful! The dry time was 2-3 hours with fans.

Carpet looks wonderful, and smells good.

You are on time, you are reasonably priced, and you DON'T use soap...have used you several times.

Workers are always very courteous and hard working. They try very hard to get my carpet as clean as they can. They are efficient, taking as much time as needed but not too long. When they recommend an additional service, it's not high-pressure.
