The technician that came to our house did a very good job on the rugs. I was interested in having the bathroom tile done too, but the technician wasn't sure if the cleaner used by your company would etch the tile (something that happened to me in California, with a different company), so I decided not to chance it. Would still like to know if the cleaner is safe for all types of tile.

John and Jackson where awesome. I have been having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for many years now but this was the best job yet. So thorough and informative on how to best take care of my carpet. In the past , my carpet has been left too wet and took much longer to dry and was not cleaned as well. John is your best worker by far.
I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals and does use Citrus oil's for cleaning and a clean smell.

The work was excellent!! And done in a very efficient manner! And the personable young man who did the work was so punctual and courteous and friendly!!
