The carpet turned out very nice. Was pleased with the technician who performed the work. Was disappointed that the couch wasn't moved so the carpet underneath could be cleaned, but I didn't ask him to do that so it was probably my error.

Communication was great - email confirmation, call when tech was on his way, discussion with tech before and after work was done. High traffic area (stairs and hallway), which had just been done by another company a few months before, look much better.
