The guys were very friendly, polite and professional, got right to their business. I have a stain that no matter how many time it's cleaned it always come back and told them not to worry about it - they made it their challenge to get it out. It's been a couple days and so far so good (yay!) They were fast and efficient and would check in with me if there was a question, concern or something they felt I needed to be aware of. There carpet looks wonderful and it feels great! Love Zerorez. Have already recommended you to a couple friends.

Carpets are clean and tend to stay cleaner longer. They are also not soggy wet and dry much more quickly. The technicians were very friendly and helpful, arriving promptly and working efficiently.
