Thank you for asking for an opinion re: Zerorez service. I scheduled the service about two weeks ahead of the appointment. I appreciated the advance reminder. The day of the appointment I was notified that her service rep would be coming at 2:00 pm or shortly after and would call just before arrival. The service window was between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. The technician finally arrived at 3:50 PM. The service took 2 hours to perform. When I initially made the appointment I asked about pricing and noted that there was a 'special' advertised for 3 rooms for $99.00 asking if that was in effect and would apply to my charges and was told it did. We also discussed additional services and charges that might be appropriate. With that said I booked the appointment and service. I agreed to additional cleaning for pet urine spots. When the billing for services was presented verbally at the end of the appointment it exceeded the amount I should have been billed if the special of 3 rooms was, in fact, included. My total bill for the 3 rooms was $125.00, not $99.00. I paid the price the tech gave me, but feel that a refund of $26.00 may be in order. Could you provide an explanation for the difference?

I was very skeptical of this new procedure as my husband recommended it after hearing your advertisement on the radio. We've had "other" radio companies do our rugs and they just have not measured up to the cleaning and pricing of Sears. But we gave it a go . . . again!

I was very pleased with the way my carpets came clean. I did order room protection coating which was a bit more than I would have liked to pay, but the cleaning job was excellent. Also, the young man who did the cleaning was very thorough. He arrived on time and was finished close to what we had expected. I have some extra tough spots but he got them all the first time. Other times I have had the people go back and clean once again, knowing those spots DO come clean.

Over all, I have no qualms about recommending your expert cleaning services!

Your technician Joel has been very friendly and worked very hard to get out the stubborn stains. Not once has he been frustrated or annoyed by having to make repeated trips to treat the areas.

The operator was on time & he spent a lot of time on r couch cushions that had a bad stain. He got it all out & did a great job on r living room rug.
