Technician was Profesaional and did a great job. Carpets were very clean and soft when he left, and the floors were dry much quicker than traditional cleaning services.

Chris was very clear about his desire for me, his client , to be satisfied with the results of his cleaning. He worked quite hard on some nasty stains, and a couple are a bit noticeable, but dramatically better. He pointed those out to me, and explained the treatment that was given.

I only call for Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. You do a great job, I like the concept, and the usual track areas treated, do not come back !

We appreciate your dedication to promptness and keeping us posted as to the arrival time of your employee, Tyler. He arrived just when he said he would and was very helpful and polite. He carefully showed us all the costs in advance. We had carpeting in a room where our dog has urinated a great deal. We opted for the extraction process, and although it was expensive, we are grateful to have it completely clean. Tyler also offered your tile- and grout-cleaning and sealing service, which we will schedule some time in the future, and request Tyler to do the job when we do.
