The serviceman, John, was very informative and caring about how he would treat individual room areas, and how he would ensure our wood work, floorboards, etc. would be protect from the pulling of the hose around our home. First he completed a walk through identifying areas needing additional treatment with our agreement, he then priced the total treatment out and shared with us prior to beginning the shampoo process. Our home has extra-large rooms, and John worked diligently with care to provide the best service possible for our carpets. He was polite, professional and a hard worker. Thank you John & Zerorez!

I made an appointment, the service person called when he was close to arriving, he cleaned the rug, was friendly and capable and I have no complaints. The rug looks great!

I first had Zerorez to my home about 3 years ago. I was surprised as to how well it worked on my very worn carpet. 3 kids, a couple litter of puppies and a spouse who worked in the dirt all day, they were bad! But they were amazing when they were done. There was no question when I decided to get them cleaned again this summer as to who I would be calling!

The technician that came to our house did a very good job on the rugs. I was interested in having the bathroom tile done too, but the technician wasn't sure if the cleaner used by your company would etch the tile (something that happened to me in California, with a different company), so I decided not to chance it. Would still like to know if the cleaner is safe for all types of tile.

It was fast, the phone rep and the person cleaning the carpet were both very nice. The job took less time than I expected. We were told the carpet would be dry by the cleaner 4-6 hours. After 24 hours the carpet was still slightly damp.
