We appreciate your dedication to promptness and keeping us posted as to the arrival time of your employee, Tyler. He arrived just when he said he would and was very helpful and polite. He carefully showed us all the costs in advance. We had carpeting in a room where our dog has urinated a great deal. We opted for the extraction process, and although it was expensive, we are grateful to have it completely clean. Tyler also offered your tile- and grout-cleaning and sealing service, which we will schedule some time in the future, and request Tyler to do the job when we do.

I have had you do my carpets in 3 different houses over the years and have been very happy with Zerorez. I heard about you when you first advertised on Lars.

The technician, Nick, was friendly, efficient, and flexible. He noticed a mistake on the work order,mand was willing to do another service instead. He wore booties to protect our floors and rugs that weren't being cleaned, and used protective shields on room corners so our woodwork wouldn't be scratched. He spent extra time on a sticky and particularly dirty spot, and did a walk through with me afterward.

Our staicase carpet is 20 years old, and looked better than it has in years after the cleaning. It dried quickly, and is soft to walk on. The price was reasonable.

Zerorez met all my expectations. I will use them again, and recommend them to friends.

Excellent customer service! Chris was on top of it for us. We purchased a house and were unable to fully assess the status of the carpet when initially viewed. I scheduled Zerorez for move in day in order to expedite the moving process. The carpet was not in decent shape. Chris very politely and professionally explained all of our options and his suggestions. There were no high pressure sales pitches, no gimmicks and no BS. In today's service environment it was refreshing to work with someone who actually seemed to care and patiently explained our options and waited for us to make a decision. We elected to pay the cancellation fee and replace the carpet rather than clean is so we didn't actually use their services but based on this experience alone, they will be my first call when it's time to clean the new carpets.
