Jackson did a great job! He was friendly and took his time in order to be very thorough. We paid quite a bit more than our original estimate, but we feel he did a much better job than any carpet cleaning company we have hired in the past.

On time and done quickly
My carpet was filthy. Puppy pee, baby chick and dog poop. My dog was going on 18 and lost control of her bowels at least twice a day. I finally had her put down.
The carpet guy, (sorry I don't remember his name) was very good. He was efficient and explained carpet stuff like it was the back of his hand.

I like that Zerorez leaves a soft clean carpet without a heavy "cleaner" odor. The deodorizer is fresh and light. The carpets aren't crunchy. My cleaners took extra time to work out stains that I didn't think would lift. I've never had a better carpet cleaning experience.

You're technicians Ra'nel and Bentley were awesome. Ra'nel called ahead of time to let me know they would be there in 20 25 minutes and 20 minutes later they were there. He went over all the options and possibilities that can or could take place. I opted to have the deodorizer for a couple of rooms. I was so amazingly pleased with the job your guys did. I've already recommended you to a few people. Bentley was a very hard worker and just a pleasure. I'll call again when the time comes to clean again.
