What do you like about our products and services?

We love that you use a chemical free cleaning system. We love that our carpets are dry and we are able to move our furniture back in place in just a few hours.
We love that our carpets are soft and not stiff after it dries.
We love that the technician is personable and through in cleaning our carpets. Our technician was Bentley, he was the BEST!!, we will definitely request him next year when we have our carpets cleaned!!

Helpful and knowledgeable technician. Very clean carpet and sleeper sofa. Tech explained everything really well and worked hard to get pet stains out

Service techs
Are very polite and knowledgeable. The products you use really clean our carpets

Although the tech knocked a picture off the wall and it damaged the floor trim board. He acknowlwsges it happened did not try to hide it. Not sure what it will cost to replace but
Was impressed he informed us it happened.

Chris, from Zerorez was very conscientous and hard working. He discussed any concerns I had first, as I'm sensitive to solvents, then went right to work. My husband and I were quite surprised at how nice the results were. I will definitely use Chris again, and think that the service was very good value.

We were pleased that he got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and was very knowledgeable about the areas that needed the most cleaning. When it was dry, we were very pleased that our old carpet looked much better.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpet cleaning specialist kept me updated on his expected arrival time and arrived ready to start. He spotted some of the heaviest soiling with special sprays. We have no pets or other major stain makers.

He was efficient and listened to my requests. I have used ZEROREZ before and will do so again.
