Very friendly, never felt like the job was rushed. The service tech explained extras but never was pushy. My carpet is 11 years old and looks great. I will call again for future service. I was very pleased

Our experience was great with you folks the guy that came out and did the clean was very nice and did a great job our carpets look great and they had not been cleaned in years and are at least 27 years old

What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpet specialist Benjamin has been amazing!! We have had it done a few times since moving into our new house and the carpet seems like new after they get done. No chemical smells, it drys quickly and the stains and bad odors are gone! We will always use ZeroRez!

Your service hires outstanding employees. This time, Chris came to our home and he did an excellent job. He worked hard and educated us on how to best take care of our carpets. It is people like Chris that makes is so easy for us to keep coming back to zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

We just had some room carpets, stairs, and rug cleaned by Chris. He did a tremendous job. They look great - almost new again. They were quite dry when he finished and totally dry by the next morning. Chris was very polite and easy to work with. He explained everything in advance and worked hard and fast. Probably best carpet cleaning we have ever had. We will definitely have Zerorez clean our carpets in the future.

Bentley, our service tech, listened to my needs, toured the house with a black light so I could really see what was needed, did a fantastic job of explaining the service he recommended and was considerate of my budget. I thought our carpets were hopeless because of pets and sickness, but not anymore. Your products and services gave the carpets a new fluff, removed 20 years of stains and the house smells better.
