First very professional and upfront about everything. I am talking when they will be here, the actual cost of the cleaning, the time it should take, and talking about potential issues with the carpet and why.

What do you like about our products and services?

We have used Zerorez for years because we love the results and the service techs are always great! Yesterday Chris Spencer was our technician and he was amazing! Very professional, thorough and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results.
He was a joy to have in our home. :)

Overjoyed with the results. I was worried I would have to just get new rugs. Our tech was incredibly knowledgeable and easy going. We swapped some services and added some and he was happy to accommodate. This was my first time getting any kind of professional cleaning. I thought it would be a much harder process but with zerorez everything was quick, financially reasonable and easy.

What do you like about our products and services?

Incredibly thorough! Best my rugs have ever been cleaned! Did sectional sofa as well and results better than I thought possible.

Also, the ZeroRez staff person who did the job was amazing - I think is name was Zach. Very conscientious, explaining important aspect the job, what specific products do. Again, spent meticulous time ensuring that the results would be excellent. And they were!

Chris was very knowledgeable about the products and your services. He explained everything they could do to clean my parents carpet. I believe they got the carpets as clean as possible. I was able to move the small furniture items and chairs back in the rooms on dry carpets 24 hours later.
