Great Service. The Carpet technician explained step by step what there were going to do upon arrival. Wr loved that they were not pushy and trying to sell us extra services . They did an amazing job. The carpets look like new and no bad smell and carpets dried quick and feel super soft. We will definitely be calling Zerorez back in a couple months to do more areas in our house !! Chris, from Zerorez was very conscientous and hard working. He discussed any concerns I had first, as I'm sensitive to solvents, then went right to work. Chris Taylor did an outstanding job helping clean up our downstairs carpets! Our old dog has been having issues and it left an odor and stain that wasn't very pleasant. Chris provided great recommendations to help us, stayed within our budget and helped make out worn carpet look fabulous again.
