William was awesome about talking through not only what I thought I wanted done, but what I actually needed done. He explained all the options thoroughly and explained why he thought one was the best for me. Once we agreed, he was very quick with the cleaning and very clear on the walk through that he could go back to any spot I indicated if I wasnt satisfied. Overall, he was extremely professional and had excellent customer service!

I believe I have used ZeroRez 3 times. I have always been very happy with the outcome. I have older carpet and the cleaning makes a big difference.
We had appointments for two houses this time around. Our tech, Audric was really great. He was super nice, well informed, and very helpful.
He thought the carpets at one house could use the protective coating spray. We went ahead with it and are very happy it was offered.
