A few years ago we had our carpet cleaned through a company that offered a special deal using the standard soap method of carpet cleaning. While the cleaning removed some stains and lifted a substantial amount of dirt, there are better cleaning options available. Zerorez is impressive. Not only in their product quality, but also in the skills and professionalism of their technician, Audric. He demonstrated superior professionalism and character through calling me with an arrival time, arriving promptly at that time, greeting me pleasantly, walking me through each room, discussing options, offering recommendations, and respecting my choices. He clearly desired to complete my carpet cleaning to the best of his ability and not push me into extra sales. He was serious about his work and owned his work. Our stairs contained significant dirt, showed many stains, and stored soap from the previous cleaning performed from another company. His ownership of his work delighted me when he confidently showed me the improvement the product and his skill accomplished in cleaning our stairs. The carpet dried nicely, and I keep smiling as I walk on bare feet through our clean home. So many stains are gone! Audric's skill and professionalism seriously lifted my anxiety about spending the money for our carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez.
