Bentley, our service tech, was great. He was enthusiastic, called as noted in the file, was on time, and did a great job. Very pleasant young man, and was happy to do his job. The carpets came out great, and didn't hesitate to take on the tasks we added while he was here. With two dogs and two cats, the deodorizer really worked on our carpets and I'm happy we chose to go that route. Would be very happy to recommend Zerorez for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were completely professional and took time to explain the cleaning process and expectations. Our carpets look the best they have looked in quite some time. The carpets dried quickly and we are thrilled with the result.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have been using Zerorez for several years now and it only seems to get better. Nick is my favorite technician because he is do careful with everything in my home and he does an amazing job every time. This was my 3rd time with Nick as I request him. He makes my old carpets look amazing and he is so quick to get it all done. This time he did grout and upholstery cleaning on my dining room chairs and all of it was perfect. I hope you know what a great employee you have in Nick. Thank you.

What do you like about our products and services?

Chris and Will were so professional, friendly and did a great job on our carpets! We have two dogs, so it really needed special attention. They let us know ahead of time what the plan was to keep the carpets in their best shape long term and executed the plans beautifully. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

The products used are great for my many allergies. I never react to them.
The level of customer service is exceptional . The man was vey nice, helpful, and kind. He seemed happy to be doing his task. I have physical limitations and He dealt with that very appropriately. I will ask for him nest time. Your pricing is transparent and fair. No gimmicks. I live in a condo making the job harder, but managed that very well. Please thank him again for me.
