Chris did a fantastic job! He was van-jacked on his way to our office, fought off the assailants, and still made it here just a little later than scheduled. He even managed to call to say he would be late, as he was throwing the last van-jacker from the van! Now that's good customer service. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and was able to remove more of the stains than the three previous carpet cleaning companies (combined) we used!

The technician was very polite and did an excellent job. The only improvement I can offer is a better estimate of the arrival time. I was ready at 12:00, the stated appointment time, but he didn't arrive until 1:30. Perhaps the tech could text the customer and give them a more reliable estimate when appointments are running behind.
I will definitely use Zerorez again next year!

We book our appointments in blocks of 4 hour windows so it is just an estimated arrival time window depending on how the job before you went it may or may not make the technicians time run slower or faster this is why we have our technician call you when they are between 2-30 minutes away from your home. We have to allow for things such as traffic, drive time and unexpected heavily soiled carpets. We pride ourselves in attention to detail, friendly staff & excellent results. We look forward to providing you with excellent service.

Loved my technician, very precise and knowledgeable. My carpets look brand new and we had a leak that mixed in with painted drywall dust. It all came out. I'm so happy! The clean smell is fantastic too... we have 5 dogs and it doesnt smell like it!

I like that it's not cleaned with chemicals, and no soap residue is left in the carpet fibers, so the rug is truly clean. And it should stay clean longer, because there is no soap residue to attract dirt, like with other companies. Bently Jensen is a very knowledgeable technician, and he does his job with great customer service.
