I like that Xerorez does not use harsh chemicals to clean carpet so there are no lingering chemical scents. My carpet also felt very soft after cleaning.
Kevin did an outstanding job and so far the pet stain treatment seems successful.
Your pricing is more expensive than some of the other carpet cleaning services so I hope my carpets stay clean longer.

It's always easy to get an appointment. They work with our schedule, which we needed the work to be done on a Saturday. The workers are courteous, helpful and efficient. Carpets are cleaned with no offense odor or harsh chemicals.

I was able to have my cleaning scheduled very quickly and Zachary was particularly exceptional in his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. He worked very hard at my carpets and explained everything in perfect detail to me. I would say he went above and beyond to give peace of mind to me and definitely ‘made’ my Zerorez experience.

Ben was great! Very friendly and personable. He explained about the products and how they work. No chemicals or harsh detergents, just water based. The carpets turned out great! Clean, soft and were dry before the end of the day.
