I have always been very satisfied with Zerorez. Chris, the service person, has cleaned my carpets several times. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and then explains what he will do to take care of them. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells and I have never had any problems with Zerorez products. I won't use any other company

As a chemically sensitive person, this cleaning option is the best for me.
My technician, Tim was great. He wasn't able to completely eradicate the pet problem because it was just too much and requires more remediation than he is capable of doing. There was one area he missed but we will have him get it when he comes back to do our house before Christmas!

It was a very thorough and very well done. My carpets look great. Only thought is that you do your best to keep leaking hoses from causing water to pool up on wood floors, or soak spots of the carpet a little to much.

William was fantastic. Very courteous and for the first time asked us to inspect his work in the event he missed any spots. He cleaned up the water on our hard surfaces and was quiet and efficient.
Our carpets are old and some stains are very difficult to pull out but William went beyond in working to do so.
