The technician that came to my house was good at explaining the process he would be going through. He was polite and respectful. He made certain I understood the process, expense and time involvement before he began . i am pleased with the finished process.

He used a black light to determine where the pet stains might be.
The floor was not excessively wet for undue length of time.
It was not stiff ( no residue).
The main walkway still looks greyish; could have used a deeper cleaning, yet, the area by the patio door looked new again

Our carpet is over 20 years old. Worn traffic areas were looking pretty down-trodden. After having a Zerorez cleaning, they have been brought back to life. They look years newer. Also, the job was done in less time than estimated, and NO chemicals. Our house was left smelling naturally clean and fresh. Kudos to Zerorez and their great employees!

I like how well it cleans, using non chemical commercial grade 11.5 water. The technician Bentley is very knowledgeable on the 11.5 and 2.5 cleaning water. He is also a very respectful person. He does a great job of cleaning our carpets at our apartment complex, the "C & W Chalet" apartments.

Nick was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us a safe option for our special rug we purchased in Turkey as well as cleaning our never before professionally cleaned wall to wall carpet in 2 large rooms and 2 area rugs. We followed the Pre-Visit instructions from the confirmation email, and after Pre-Treating, Cleaning & Protectant applied to our Family Room, Nick was out in no time. Our sectional was very dirty and it looked so much better after being cleaned! Very happy with the service. The only change I would make is that I would like my hardwood floors covered before the spraying and cleaning happens. The floors did get wet and were wiped clean.

I was amazed how clean the carpet got. There wasn't a chemical or fragrant smell after, just a fresh clean smell. The carpet was soft not crunchy and the price quoted matched the price that was given. I appreciated the fact that my carpet specialist did not try to up sell me. Would absolutely use them again.

Zerorez always does a great job!

In all my years of having my carpets professionally cleaned - they've been this clean. I am so happy and pleased with the results. Not only that but Zachary was right when he assured me that the carpets would be dry in an hour or so. Good thing, too because I chose a late afternoon appointment; no problem, I was able to get all the furniture moved back into place and get to bed on time.
