Zachary was my technician and was very knowledgeable and professional. My apartment smelled terrible from cat urine, and Zerores got rid of a stench that we could not get out ourselves. I was very impressed with how fast and efficient the cleaning process was.

Kevin did a marvelous job on the very tough stains we had on the carpet. He explained everything he was going to be using on the carpet. He was courteous, polite and very friendly. He called me 30 minutes ahead with his time of arrival and ended up being 30 minutes ahead of the initial scheduled time. I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends.

Service was amazing as usual. Carpet was squeaky and clean. Kevin, the tech did a fabulous job without electricity as the whole area was suffering from a power outage. AMAZING!!

Great to have clean, spot free Carpets and area rugs without the soap residue.

Also having our carpets treated with stain and dirt protection gives us added life to our carpets.

The Zerorez technician clearly explained all our options and provided a total cost before he started.
