We have had them out to our house twice both gentlemen were very polite clean well mannered. We have a lot of pets and children and when they're done our carpet is like new.

I love Zerorez. My carpets and upholstered furniture feel so soft and clean after they leave. The added bonus is that my house smells fresh and not like chemicals after they leave. I highly recommend them.

My carpets smell so fresh and so clean! I bought my house a few months ago, and hadn’t really noticed the dog smell until I was fully moved in. Luckily ZeroRez took excellent care of that and there is virtually no trace of dogness! 🎉🎉🎉

He set up, cleaned and cleared everything very efficiently.

Our technician Bentley called before arriving & was very professional. He verified my cost to make sure I got the best deal. Our carpets look great! Carpet feels soft & no odors, so I love the final product

William, technician, was professional and timely. He listened, explained, gave clear expectations and goals. My trouble spots on my carpet are cleaner than expected. I have been a Zerorez customer for over 10 years and will continue.

It has been two weeks since I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and are still happy with the results. The stains have not come back. The technician was very professional and listened to my concerns. I will call them back next time I need my carpets cleaned.

We are pleased with the service provided by Zerorez. The operator was on time and careful with our house. He was good to explain what he was going to do. Also gave us options if he ran into problems with our carpet. The carpet was only a year old but looked better after he was done. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that asked.
