You provided the water
Prompt timing
Our tech was personable, knowledgeable and thorough
Everything was dry and ready to walk on again in a short amount of time

It was a very thorough and very well done. My carpets look great. Only thought is that you do your best to keep leaking hoses from causing water to pool up on wood floors, or soak spots of the carpet a little to much.

Chris Taylor did a phenomenal job! We had standard cleaning, pet treatment, sub-extraction and protection treatment. Boy, did the carpet need it! -Our pets did a number on carpet. Chris explained the recommended services without a hard-shell approach and was thorough and swift. The end result was clean, spotless, great smelling carpet! I highly recommend Chris and Zerorez.

I love Zerorez. My carpets and upholstered furniture feel so soft and clean after they leave. The added bonus is that my house smells fresh and not like chemicals after they leave. I highly recommend them.
