I love that I can trust that this company uses SAFE products for my kids and pets to be around. The staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. When we had to move the date of our cleaning three different times, they were so professional about it and helped me find a time that would work. Thank you!!

Joel was very good and knowledgeable in his work. He considered his work a craft, not just a job. The rugs turned out better than I expected and he gave me good tips on how to maintain them.

Great job by technician Rinell (Rynell? Not sure on spelling) renewed my faith in a good company with good technicians and eye on customer service.

On time friendly service man. Ben explained everything we needed to know and our options. He even lowerd the price because the room was smaller than they thought when we got our quote.
He did a great job and the carpet feels good to walk on barefoot..no crunchy feel at all. We have used Zerorez before and will use them again for sure.

The technicians are always professional and so polite. The carpets always dry to the time alloted, which is important when planning cleanings around busy family schedules. I will never use anyone but Zerorez.

I don’t know what the product is that you use ,but it sure works. Barnett James cleaned my carpet and did an excellent job. He took extra time to target the stains. Very pleasant and professional. This is the 3rd time I’ve used zerorez and have been very pleased.
