Arrived within time frame(10-2).
We did a walk through of the rooms & pointed out stains. The technician told us what to expect after cleaning & what could be done. We like the “no residue” feel. Carpet dried fairly quickly. He was so nice & went the extra mile which was very appreciated. This is why we’ll use Zerorez again(used several times before).

No harsh soap chemicals. The pretreatment is pleasant smelling and doesn't linger after the carpets have been cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zachary did an awesome job...older house with 4 dogs, a 3 year old and a 2 year old running amuck on the carpet and stairs. After Zachary left you would never know it! The carpet looked great!

I like the idea of it not leaving a residue in the carpet. James went over the carpet (we had elderly cats) made recommendations and he proceeded to do the cleaning. Did an excellent job and I am pleased with the results.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet is old. I expected it to clean moderately well. However, following the cleaning it looks wonderful! I was very pleased. Even heavy traffic areas look as good as the rest of the carpet.

Your carpet gentleman explained to me about my type of carpet--it's durability and also any extras he could do to aid in the life length of the carpet. He was very informative.
