Nick did great work. Called for permission to come earlier than scheduled, arrived promptly, very considerate about the 2 cats, carefully explained what the special covered, and worked efficiently dealing with two areas which were 2 stories apart.

The areas he cleaned look terrific.

He even got out a nasty rust stain; well worth the additional $15.

I'm looking forward to having Zerorez back for some other rooms, the hallways, and stairs.

I like the fact that your system is able to pull so much of the water that's used out of the carpeting. Your in-home service persons are extremely polite.

Arrived within time frame(10-2).
We did a walk through of the rooms & pointed out stains. The technician told us what to expect after cleaning & what could be done. We like the “no residue” feel. Carpet dried fairly quickly. He was so nice & went the extra mile which was very appreciated. This is why we’ll use Zerorez again(used several times before).

No harsh soap chemicals. The pretreatment is pleasant smelling and doesn't linger after the carpets have been cleaned.

Zachary did an awesome job...older house with 4 dogs, a 3 year old and a 2 year old running amuck on the carpet and stairs. After Zachary left you would never know it! The carpet looked great!
