I like the fact that the products used on our carpets are not harmful to us humans or our pets . The representatives that clean our carpets are very professional, friendly, and do an outstanding job.
Our technician was very informative. I had to ask him the same question multiple times because our masks were in the way & hard to hear. He was nice & got the job done in no time. They don’t push for unnecessary products & recommend what needs to be done. This is my first time getting carpet cleaned professionally. I actually watched him clean around the house because we’ve had bad experiences with many other contractors damaging things in our house but the technician was very respectful.
