So far so good. This is the first time I have used Zerorez. The technician was very professional, seem to be quite knowledgeable regarding the product and the process. It was a fairly quick process and the carpets were not left extremely wet. The were dry by the evening.
Service Tech Nick was totally transparent about what he was doing & had done and rugs dried quickly.

No odor or residue left after cleaning. Only took a few hours for carpet to dry completely instead of having to wait till the next day.

The tech was honest about the stains on our furniture and if they would come up. We were still pleased with the results and there was no strange film or residue. We will use them again in the future.

We had a prompt technician who gave good explanations and advice. He was realistic but hopeful that grease stains would come out. They did!

Our technician was prompt, professional, and did a great job on all of our carpets. He was meticulous in his spot treating and cleaning all the way to the edge in each room including the stairs. The carpets dried quickly and look like new.
