I have been with Zerorez since they came to town. In fact, Stacey, I think one of the owners, was the one who first came to my home. I use them in business and in my home. Just recently Joel came out to our home and did a super wonderful job on our stairs, hallway and master bedroom along with all the entries into the rooms off the hallway. His professionalism, pride in the company and his job represented the company with flying colors. The great job he did on my 25 year old carpet make it close to new again. But then they have been cleaning it for 15 to 20 years. I didn't get my carpets cleaned very often but now I realize getting the material out that wears the carpet is a real advantage to saving your carpet and having it look like a carpet you can take some pride in.

Great job on my carpets. Technician Nick arrived earlier than planned and did a great job informing me what he would do and what stains most likely wouldn’t come out. My carpet is old and has a lot of old pet stains but it looks so much better! I’m really happy with the end result.

Rafel (sp)? was very professional, called prior and took exactly as look as he said he would. He worked hard and efficiently. Price was what they quoted. Arrived with gloves, mask and booties. He explained what he was going to do. He is a great employee.

Only thing I would say is that the carpet isn't dry in 4-6 hours like the company claims. The stairs are still damp after 30 hours and we have a fan going for 24 hours.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. The two guys who came to my house were very friendly and professional. They explained everything before they started and finished so quickly. I had two living rooms, a hallway, and one bedroom done and they started and finished in 45 minutes. So great! The next time I need my carpets cleaned, I will definitely be using Zerorez!
