What do you like about our products and services?

We have used Zerorez for the last few years. Rafael who cleaned our carpets yesterday did the best job of anyone to date. He took his time, brushed the carpet (I do not recall anyone else doing this in the past), and made sure we were satisfied with his job before leaving. This has always been their process. A little more expensive than Stanley but worth the expense, especially if you have kids or pets.

Zachary was great. Was on-time ( a few mins early even) and did a super job. I love the way the carpets feel after Zerorez is here. No crusty feel.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets two times and we were very pleased with the outcome. Our carpets are old and in need of replacing, and it's amazing how clean they can feel after your visit. We like the thoroughness of the technicians and also appreciate how quickly the carpets dry. Ben did an excellent job on 5/14/20. Thank you.
