I can't say enough great things about Zerorez!! I've never had anyone be so thorough prior to cleaning my carpets!! Joel put on special glasses and also looked at the carpet in low light with a special flashlight to point out the pet stains (it's a new home to us). Joel was very informative about how he was going to tackle the stains and truly went above and beyond to make sure the carpet was cleaned to absolute perfection! I am truly so very thankful that I chose Zerorez! I recommend them 110%!!

I am so amazed!! I did not really think all the stains would come out but my carpet looks brand new and it is over 15 years old!! The carpet had pet stains that I tried to get out myself but I only made them worse. I am very, very happy with the ZeroRez results.
