Hi, I've always liked your products and services, but I've learned that when you offer this great deal of let's say 3 rooms and a hallway, your guy is always going to work the total over $500.
Rafael's English wasn't the best when it came to a few stained spots in the white Berber carpet.
I was trying to keep it to the minimum, just to see how it looks, but then he insists on the extra treatment. Then he charges for an extra room for a small walk in closet.
When he was totaling on the Cell Phone, he said " do you want to leave a tip " :-) Which puts me on the spot to leave one. I think paying over $500 which I did, should be a nice tip, but I still left twenty in cash. I think this happens to most people whether if it's Duct Cleaning or Carpet Cleaning, you end up paying way more than they initially quote you.

The service is solid and the cleaning process is very effective to get your carpets and rugs back to looking new

Good communication setting up the appointment and asking/answering questions, especially on the day of the cleaning. Tech ran ahead of schedule and offered an earlier slot (which I took) but would have been fine with keeping the original time frame. All spots and perimeter soiling were treated and removed or greatly improved. Extra charges were minimal, tech found the best deals for me. No chemical smell, at most a slight citrus smell while wet, which was totally gone by the next day. Protective gear (both because of Covid-19, and for protection of the house) were used well and clean up was complete. Very, very happy with Zerorez!!!
