Technicians work with the home owner pointing out spots that may not come out. Cost is given prior to work beginning. Products used work well and the technician spends extra time getting tougher spots out.
The only complaint we have is it appears the technician put a small dent in the sheet rock and didn’t mention before leaving.

The cost can quickly add up when one wants to do their whole house (5 rooms and a hall) and has some stains. It may be something to consider to give a discount for an entire house.

Zachary from Zerorez arrived promptly, and thoroughly explained what was to occur during the cleaning of our stairs, hallway, bathroom, and family room furniture. Our stairs had many years' worth of accidental coffee spills and just plain ground in dirt. The stairs are so clean now, they look like new. I was also impressed about how he installed several barriers to prevent the hoses from scraping our walls.
