I can't really compare because this is the first carpet cleaning I've had in a long time. The last cleaning was with Chemdry. I was a little disappointed that the carpet was not dry the next day. I had to put off painting an extra day.

The technician arrived as scheduled, the work was done carefully and quickly, and the floor wasn't too wet when he was finished. I could put furniture back in place in about three hours.

Prompt service - Joel called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time.
Thorough service - Joel cleaned every room I asked him to do and even threw in a few services at no extra charge. I have a little dog who likes to use several rooms as his personal bathrooms (unbeknownst to me). Joel found them all and took special care to get rid of them.
Quick drying aspect - One of the best things about Zerorez is the fact that within 6-8 hours (usually less), the carpet was dry. All other carpet cleaning companies I have used have taken about 24 hours to dry completely.

I am very pleased with the finished job, and highly recommend Joel.

I am extremely pleased with the job that Joel did in my home yesterday.
He spent more time redoing the stains that had resurfaced after William was here 2 months ago,
than William took at the first visit for my whole condo.
