The friendly professionalism is the greatest and I like that my carpets are not left as wet as with other companies. Our carpets were in very bad shape, Chris went over and beyond to get them clean. They look GREAT, I'm AMAZED !!

What do you like about our products and services?

I absolutely love the way my carpets look and feel. I do need to say your marketing is a bit of a bait and switch considering my $129 dollar cleaning ended up costing me $308. The add on services/treatments really do the job but $65 a/pc is pretty steep.

I can't say enough great things about Zerorez!! I've never had anyone be so thorough prior to cleaning my carpets!! Joel put on special glasses and also looked at the carpet in low light with a special flashlight to point out the pet stains (it's a new home to us). Joel was very informative about how he was going to tackle the stains and truly went above and beyond to make sure the carpet was cleaned to absolute perfection! I am truly so very thankful that I chose Zerorez! I recommend them 110%!!

Easy to schedule. Technician was very thorough in explaining the services that I had booked online. After a few minor adjustments to correct my miscalculations, the technician was able to complete the work.
