I got a confirmed quote up front. The techs notified me they were coming and showed up within the service window. They were polite, friendly, and profressional. They gave me no song-and-dance regarding up charges. They simply came in, went to work, and made it convenient for me by doing my office last so I could work thru most of the visit. We went over the carpets afterwards and they pointed out some things to consider for ongoing maintenance. They managed to let a LOT of stuff up that was "hiding" in the carpets.

Frankly, I was very impressed about the great job they did, how quickly everything dried out, and the lack of any bad chemical smell. I had been nervous because of horror stories on the web, but this could not have gone better. Zerorez the the job as promised and I'm really happy with the results.

The carpets feel so great after, so soft. I like how there are not harsh chemicals used and the carpets are dry in less than a few hours. Stains are gone and no weird smells. The techs are nice and informative.

Chris Taylor was incredibly informative and friendly. He cleaned our carpet so well and it looks beautiful! It dried soft and fluffy, and we just love it! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants their carpet cleaned thoroughly without the post-cleaning "crunch" that we have had from other cleaners.

We love using Zerorez when we want to clean out furniture or carpets. We had Chris come out to clean our carpets and bed this time. He was awesome, super knowledgeable and eager to do a great job for us and he did just that. We will definitely hire again.

The cleaners did an amazing job. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend the company to others.

My only recommendation would be In presenting an estimate closer to the actual cost of work done. The base cost of $179 mushroomed to $531. We expected the cost to be more but we were not anticipating the price being three times higher. It was quite a shock.

In hindsight because of the high cost we would have appreciated having an invoice detailing the work done.

I am so happy with my carpet results. The Technician was very knowledgeable of the materials, carpet, stains, and super friendly. I asked so many questions about the bio marks and he explained very thoroughly. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact I have. I have a little toddler so you can imagine the disasters that happen to my carpet. Its always hard to hire someone to come in because there is that fear of judgement, I can happily say that this was not the case with Zerorez!!! Thank you so much for coming in and doing a fantastic job!!!!!!

The carpets in our new home are almost 20 years old and Zerorez made them look great! The citrus sent was nice and made the whole house smell good.

The technician called me an hour in advance to notify me of his coming and he was within the 4 hour window previously agreed to. He did a walk through and we discussed options for my particular needs. He paused and asked me to look about halfway through the first and again the second rooms. It helped to be able to compare the "clean" side to the "dirty" side. Having the dirty water as well as the clean water on his service van was nice. I didn't have to worry about compatible water hook ups. He was NICE. No attitude or indifference. Having a person that doesn't mind working with the public was very nice. I would certainly give Chris a "10" for customer service.

Our technician was very informative. I had to ask him the same question multiple times because our masks were in the way & hard to hear. He was nice & got the job done in no time. They don’t push for unnecessary products & recommend what needs to be done. This is my first time getting carpet cleaned professionally. I actually watched him clean around the house because we’ve had bad experiences with many other contractors damaging things in our house but the technician was very respectful.

Chris was awesome to work with! He came in, simply explained what was gonna go down, went straight to work and left with my carpets looking brand new. I appreciated that he wasn’t going to be finished until I was satisfied with job. Excellent service that well worth using again if ever needed.
