The people who cleaned our carpet were very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to “up grade” the service. I have used ZeroRez for the last few years & I am very happy with the results. I actually think the technician used magical skills to clean my sewing room carpet. It looked really bad because I tried to clean the puppy spots with a faulting spot cleaning machine. My carpet looked like I had had “crop circles”. It was very embarrassing when my quilting buddies would come over. Now it looks like a new carpet! (Except where I dropped the iron)
