First let me say I am glad I discovered the Zerorez services. We needed our kitchen tile and grout cleaned and I kept seeing your trucks in and around our neighborhood in Sun City, AZ.
From the first call to schedule the appt to the followup call to confirm the appt, I was impressed. The day of the service got a call from dispatcher saying the tech was going to be early and asked if that was ok. Abel our tech and a tech in training Carlos came and introduced them selves and took a look at the kitchen and explained how they would clean.

They took special care to protect the doorways not to scratch while bringing in the hose.
The whole process was impressive and they took the time to explain to me and my almost 100 year old mom. She so appreciated their kindness and patience and expert care of our floor. The kitchen floor and front door walkway never look so good and the grout looks like new.
Abel even took the time to survey some other carpeted rooms we would need cleaned in the near future. We will be asking to have Abel take care of our other carpet cleaning.

By far, the best in the business! The technicians arrived promptly, wore masks and were very professional. The process itself was easy-just a few hours to dry. No crunching sound from reside like other companies!

The good part is that the carpet looks clean.

The bad part is we paid for the 3 bedroom and when he arrived he said the master was to big so he said he can do the leaving room and the master for that price how ever when i got the invoice they charge me for an extra room. Something was not agreed. Also i do not know how the calculate the sq footage if they dont move anything and go around it . It should be 250 sq feet of cleaned surface.

Great experience from start to finish. I found the on line booking very easy to use, the messages to confirm and remind. Then the message to let me know they were on their way was great. The serviceman was very professional and friendly and did a really great job. I had never used a tile cleaner before and I am very happy with the results. The carpet smells and looks great too.
