Service is efficient and friendly in scheduling and the technician was very informative, helpful, polite, and most importantly he did an excellent job of cleaning all the carpeting and tiles in our home.

My tile grout returned to its natural color! It’s an amazing transformation and only took about 45 minutes.
I’ve used Zerorez for all my floor cleaning needs for years. But I have to say this last service wasn’t the best experience. The technician cleaned 3 carpets in about 45 minutes. I don’t feel that enough time or attention was given to high traffic areas or to the room where I told him I had concerns.

You do NOT use chemicals to clean the surfaces. I like the fact that everything is human and animal friendly. Using steam also sanitizes surfaces. My carpets and couch were dry in a short time. They looked fabulous and smelled good. I will not use anyone else now that I have used you. The tech. was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Your ad states you get pee stains out. I have a little dog and I see the same pee marks with our black light and some areas were not even wet when you left.

The tech, Colton, was very nice and professional. The tile and carpet certainly looked clean when he left. I walked around the house in socks, as he recommended while things were drying. My white socks got a little wet, as I would expect. What I would NOT expect, after spending nearly $400 on carpet and tile cleaning, is for my socks to be nearly BLACK from dirt on the bottom from walking on my "clean" floors. I will never use this company again and have told several friends already. Very disappointing.
The technician was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The carpets looked amazing when he was finished. There was no harsh chemical odor and the carpets looked and felt like new again. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.

The carpet cleaning turned out fantastic. It saved us from spending more money on replacing what we thought were totally ruined carpets!
I was referred by a former employee of Zerorez and he walked me through the process. He said it should take about 1.5 hours to do the 3 areas. Putting up wall protectors and all. My rep did not do that... and he took about 45 minutes. So I'm not sure I got the full treatment, maybe I did. But I do love the results, looks much better and so glad I got it taken care of. The tech was very nice and respectful and I did appreciate that. He was in and out and I was able to get back to work quickly!
