The tile was very, very dirty. There are a couple areas (high traffic) that could have been gone over another time to get the grout more completely clean.

I like the way the carpet feels when it is dry. It has the clean, like new feel.

Did a amazing job downstairs but the roo. Upstairs looks the same. I knew it wouldn't look perfect just wish more of the stains would have lifted. The downstairs looks fantastic

I have been a customer for over 10 years and when your techs come they always inform me of any specials going on so that I may decide to get more services. This last time when my husband was home alone he asked about 4 small stains in our living room. The tech convinced him to have the whole rug treated at full cost for now two rooms and did not tell him about the three room special that would have saved us money.

I like the fact that you don’t use a lot of chemicals in your solutions. I first had all my tile floors cleaned and it was like getting new flooring and no sticky residue. I then had my carpets cleaned and it wasn’t rough or crunchy feeling. I now us the bottle of Zero Rez water to clean my floors regularly.

After the cleaning and scotch guard the carpet looked pretty good. After a day had gone by, there was an odor that wasn’t there before it was cleaned. The tenant wasn’t pleased.

I was disappointed of how my carpet felt after being serviced. It felt crunchy in certain spots and overall, doesn’t feel as soft as it used to.

The appointment also took twice as long due to a part that either malfunctioned or broke.

I called the next day to see if this could be fixed, but I had to wait 4 days before they could come out, requiring me to keep all my furniture in the kitchen, which was not feasible.

The technician was polite and professional but the end result was disappointing.

How easy it was to schedule and coordinate, super flexible with a moving closing date! The carpets look great and our new house smells so much better

I requested stain removal from a wool rug. I was told this could be done over the phone. Then the technician told me that stains cannot be removed from wool, after work was complete.

He apologized and quickly requested payment for not cleaning the rug.

No chemicals used and excellent technicians.
