We thought the grout would be closer to new looking. It ended up patchy and almost looks worse. There is a 2 inch line around the edges where I assume the tool couldn't reach.

Carpets and area rugs were cleaned well but the process didn’t seem to work well on the runners. Just seemed to push the dirt to the edges.
Liked courtesy and the tech worked hard to please.
They were very friendly, informative and fast. The only issue I had is that when the carpet dried, there was a stain that is now on the surface that wasn't there, I am not sure if the powered water brought it up, but it is very noticeable. Other than that, the service was great!

My technician was knowledgeable and professional and my carpet looks great!
They were on time, quick to walk the home with me and provide accurate pricing, offered and explained additional options and pricing, and were very courteous as they performed the work. I was also pleased with the results, floors/showers where cleaned as expected.
Our technician Jacob did a great job for us ! We like the fact you don’t use all the chemicals like other carpet cleaners use.

Technician was great. Very personable and friendly. Carpets were very soft and there was no harsh perfumes or scents left behind.
We have newer carpet that is well taken care of. We have also used ZeroRez in the past, and have referred you to several people who have also used your services. However, this last visit left our carpets with a terrible musty smell. I called, and although the carpets were dry, I was told to give it another 48hrs. I have deoderized the carpets as much as I can, as well as the house to get rid of that musty smell. Just hoping that the carpets are clean?

I've used this product before, never disappointed with the results.
So we have had Stanley Steamer out and my friends carpet cleaning company and neither one could get the stains out of our master bdrm. The carpet was nasty after poddy training 2 puppies and the issues of an elderly dog. Zerorez got the carpets like brand new :) We are selling our house and the realator was going to put in a carpet allowance to re-carpet the master. With Zerorez we didn't need too, they look brand new..... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
