Quick and great job done!
Arrived on time, process explained from the beginning. The same for the options to select and for how long the carpet clean up would take. The representative worked non-stop.

The service was not as thorough as I would have hoped. After the service was done I was able to remove left residue with my bissell without much effort.
I payed 90 dollars for an average cleaning. I expected more from the claims over the radio. Their is not much to be done to make things right. The experience was a lesson learned. I only feel fortunate I did not spend more and have more rooms cleaned.
Jorden was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything he was doing and asked if I had questions. i liked the feel of the carpet after it was cleaned, soft and fluffy.

We have used Zerorez services a number of times and each time we have been really pleased with the results. Our tile is 19 years old and when Evan had finished it looked almost new and the grout came up really clean.
He arrived on time with a call ahead. He explained the process as he went along and was extremely professional, polite and cheerful. After he was finished he asked me to walk the job with him to ensure I was satisfied.
