We think they did a good job though we had to have a senior tech come and remove dirt that was missed the first time. Scott and Treyvon did a great job and were very nice. Thank you.
After making the original appointment that was over a week out I was told I could call back in and move it up. I called in a couple of days later and moved up the appointment. That was when I learned that ZEROREZ had my billing address and house to be cleaned mixed up. I gave the only one phone # and was told they would text twenty minutes before arrival. Never got the text but my wife did on her phone which was never given. The workman was pleasant and did a good job. He did text me when the job was done and my wife also got the text on her phone. The funny thing is that the survey went to her phone and not mine. I like Zerorez but understand scheduling with them is a nightmare. I will use them again.

Well, it’s not really to improve.. but a lot of older people have difficulty moving furniture… if you had some part time employees and you could offer that assistance for a price, I bet you’d get a positive response to the program.
We were told that it dried in 1-2 hours, then the tech said 4-6 hours, it was still damp 10 hours later. One of the reasons we chose you was due to “Drying” times. Can you figure out why it took so long?
A good Deal of the stains DID come out. But I’m afraid there is just no saving it at this point. So why did we spend over $300.00?
Also, why was the price so steep? It was supposed to be $138.00 for three rooms. It was more than doubled and it was only two rooms, both NOT large rooms. And a 2 loose rugs, which are kind of “wavy” now, no longer flat….
The quality of the cleaning was mediocre. We are hiring a second carpet cleaning company to remove some high traffic carpet areas that were not cleaned. Customer service was great and communication was excellent while booking appointments.

Technicians are always professional and friendly. Frequently our appointments are earlier than scheduled. Zerorez will always call to make sure that an earlier time is okay. Wehave always been happy with the results!

Overall happy with the ease of booking and the technician. Floors were kind of streaky overall, which is the only thing I wish could have been done better. Grout was cleaned well and seemed to be sealed well.

We will be calling tomorrow morning, but one room has a lot of streaks. All other rooms look amazing. The carpet is new, so it shouldn't have the streaks that it does.
