My favorite area rug needed to be cleaned or thrown away. So happy how it looks now after cleaning and that I didn’t have to buy a new one. Very reasonably priced as well, less expensive than replacing. The cleaning process was quick and the rug dried quickly as well. The cleaner and the appointment setter were both very friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions. Thank you!

We had a ton of dog hair from the previous owner on the carpets. It’s not very visible because of the color and length of the carpets, but there was an odor. The cleaning service helped with the smell but a swipe over the carpet with a lint roller revealed a ton of hair left behind. Our service provider was great and I don’t blame him at all. He looked over the carpets thoroughly before starting the job and said the carpets were in great shape, so I assumed a basic cleaning would pick up the hair. We also noted the pet odor concern to him as he inspected the areas. But now we know to mention the actual hair and not just the smell or to inspect more thoroughly once the service is done. I would recommend more thorough questioning and inspection if the customer complains of pet smells specifically.

Estimate, cleaning same day. Professional. Porcelain tile file floors only. 3 years old but made them look new again.

Gerald and helper were very nice and the cleaning was effective in all rooms except one high traffic area still showed dirt AFTER drying. Called Zerorez and they sent Gerald back out soon after I called them and he cleaned that area several times. Now after drying that area looks good too.

This was my first time using this company but certainly not the last. The gentleman sent a text about a half hour before they arrived as promised. They arrived, introduced themselves, explained my options and went right to work. They were pleasant and polite during their stay in my home. The carpet has never been so bright! I will be using this company from now on and I would highly recommend them!
My carpet looks amazing! The technician was great. He was so sweet to my kids who were very curious about what he was doing. He took the extra time to show them what he was doing. I would 100% recommend to anyone needing these services
Service provider was very kind and thorough. He facilitated the service quote over the phone as I live in CA but was offering this to my family who had their mother pass away that week on the couch. After letting our carpet dry for 24 hours we vacuumed with an empty bagless vacuum cleaner and a lot of dust came out of the carpet still. I had other companies clean my carpets before and never had this problem. That’s why we were very disappointed. Hopefully there’s a way you can fix this issue. Thank you
The technicians were excellent. On time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had rental unit carpet cleaned. Wasn’t sure how it would turn out but they brought it back to life. Looked fantastic when they were finished.
