I especially like the constant communication, appointment reminder, and text from the person cleaning the carpet. David Winfield was knowledgable and very helpful. He expained what he could clean effectively and what spots would not come out.

I really like how I was able to get someone in next day. However, the job was not good quality. My floors have weird markings on them from what I’m guessing is from inconsistency in the cleaning detergent.
Eric, the fine young gentleman who cleaned our carpets, was very thorough and timely.
Mike was great and even brought my trash bin from the curb up for us!
I appreciated how professional and friendly the technician was. He explained the process, offered suggestions and confirmed the various pricing options before starting the cleaning process.
The cleaning process itself was excellent. I liked the multiple stages of scrubbing, cleaning and, especially, the vacuuming and removal of the dirty water after cleaning. I love the finished product! My floors look new!

I have had my carpets cleaned by zerorez for a few years. The past to cleanings were horrible. The tech was in snd out of my house in 40 mins total. I was very spectacular to ise again but I did. I sm very happy I did bc the tech took his time and did a great job. Thsnk you

The technician said it would be easy to get rid of the flour that was mashed in my carpet. He was a senior technician. I did not check before he left but it was exactly the same as when he came. He should have informed me it was not too hard and that he was unable to make a difference.

If you're not happy, they will listen. I've seen the reviews, this company takes there business seriously. We used zerorez in 2016 and now again. Still great!
I had dryer vents cleaned and there is a bunch of lint left on top of my roof and now a week later I still have lint coming out of the vent on top of my roof. I also called and spoke to a David Martinez and he asked if I could send pictures and a email to him. Which I have and I have not got a response back from anyone.

I love that you don’t use any cleaning chemicals, just your special water. My carpets consistently look great after I have them cleaned, your technicians are always courteous and do a thorough job. When I have my tile cleaned, it looks brand new, as well as when I have my sectional cleaned. You just can’t beat Zerorez, and I will a loyal customer for years to come.
