Michelle was my technician and she was very lovely, a very hard worker. I had my whole house done. I have ceramic tile flooring, and carpet. I also had her clean my shower and she sealed my flooring since it had never been sealed before I highly recommend Zerorez for any jobs you may need done around your home.
I like the fact that you do not use chemicals when you clean the floors. And it is true that my carpets do not feel or sound crispy when I walk on them after they are cleaned! I’m sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who did the cleaning, but he was very courteous and he was very knowledgeable about the product and what he was doing, and he answered all my questions. He did a great job! Thank you very much! Please do not publicly share my name to promote your business.
My new area carpet, which was cleaned for the first time, lifted and curled on the edges. I was told it would go back to normal once it dried. It never did. Not happy at all about it!
Technicians were on time, friendly and helpful. I am going to request Michael again for when our carpet gets done.

Michelle was great! She was personable, she did great work! She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows. She was very helpful in coming to the house last as we had a scheduling conflict with the cleaners, which was so nice of her. Zerorez always does a great job!
Price was way more than anticipated. More than ever in the past and we have been using zerorez for several years. Having regular cleanings. This one was just way more expensive and not expected. We’ve had pet stains dealt with as well as having protectant added to the service and still never come close to the bill of this cleaning.
Shawn did a great job on the carpet and kitchen tile and the price was good as well.
